Refund policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made on Smart Deal TCG.

Smart Deal TCG allows returns within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with European Union regulations.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is extended, as a commercial policy, to customers residing outside the European Union, under the same conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition in which you received it
Unused, intact, and sealed
Complete with its original packaging

Proof of purchase is also required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products, incorrect items, or shipping errors caused by Smart Deal TCG.

Pre-Orders

Smart Deal TCG offers products available for pre-order.

By purchasing a pre-order item:

You accept that payment is taken at the time of order
You acknowledge that the expected release or shipping date is indicative and may change due to supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or logistics delays
You may request the cancellation of a pre-order before shipment by contacting us promptly

Once the product has been delivered, the 14-day withdrawal right applies only if the item remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

Returns must be authorized before shipping.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

The return address will be provided by customer support after the return request has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, we may request photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage in order to assess the issue properly.

Exchanges

To obtain a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

Right of Withdrawal — European Union

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:

Unused
Still sealed
In their original condition and packaging

For Trading Card Game products, including sealed boxes, booster packs, cases, decks, bundles, and similar collectible products, the right of withdrawal applies only if the product remains sealed and unopened.

Opened, unsealed, altered, damaged, or tampered TCG products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.
