4. Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree that:

Payment is taken immediately at the time of order
Release and shipping dates are indicative
Delays may occur due to suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, or logistics providers
You may request the cancellation of a pre-order before shipment by contacting customer support

Once a pre-order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

After delivery, the return and withdrawal rules apply only if the item remains sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

7. Return Limitations — TCG Products

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:

Unused
Still sealed
In their original condition and packaging

Trading Card Game products, including sealed boxes, booster packs, cases, decks, bundles, and similar collectible products, cannot be returned if opened, unsealed, altered, damaged, or tampered with.

This limitation is necessary to preserve product integrity and prevent any risk of manipulation.

8. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused, intact, sealed, and complete with its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products, incorrect items, or shipping errors caused by Smart Deal TCG.

Refunds:

Will be issued using the original payment method
May be withheld until the returned item has been received and inspected
Will be processed within 10 business days after approval

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

TCG products are collectible items and may contain randomized contents. Smart Deal TCG does not guarantee specific cards, pulls, values, rarities, or resale outcomes.
